| The general fluorescent magnetic flaw detector is mechatronical or electrical-mechanical-separated equipment, which is mainly applied to wet method for the detection of surface and near surface cracks and discontinuities at any directions of work pieces. It adopts circular, longitudinal magnetizations and combined, so that one-time inspection can examine whole surface and near surface flaws. With PLC as the core, the equipment can realize both manual and automatic control, including charging, air-powered clamping, spraying, magnetization, rotating observation, demagnetization.
